Slow Cooker Chocolate Cobbler is a chocolate cake dessert with a fudgy bottom. Perfect over a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Slow Cooker Chocolate Cobbler is as delicious as you imagine- and even better!
Have you ever tried a chocolate lava cake before? If you have it is a similar concept. Rich chocolate cake on the outside and underneath there is rich and delicious melted chocolate.
Unlike a lava cake, which is baked in a ramekin, the slow cooker cake had the cake on top, and the gooey gooey chocolate layer hidden underneath.
The great part of making a cobbler in a slow cooker is that I do not have to worry about cake sticking in the ramekin and I know the chocolate cobbler will come out perfect each time.
I love to serve this with a big scoop of vanilla or peppermint ice cream.
