Dinner is ready in less than 30-minutes with this Pork and Ramen Stir-Fry. Simple pantry ingredients, vegetables, and pork create an asian-inspired noodle bowl that is a family favorite, and weeknight friendly.

When the people in my house start to get hungry and I need to make something quick I love to make Pork and Ramen Stir-Fry! This recipe is really simple and ready in 30-minutes.

The first time I made this recipe for my kids there was some hesitation, but their love of pasta paved that way. Before I knew it they both quickly scooped bites of noodles into their mouths.

I love this recipe, for the noodles of course, but I love the pork and nice bites of broccoli. I love broccoli in asian style dishes because it grabs all the sauce flavors so well in the florets.

I use broccoli, broccoli slaw, and bamboo shoots in this recipe, but adding additional veggies- like bell pepper or cauliflower- would be delicious as well.

The other winning part of Pork and Ramen Stir-Fry is the sauce. The sauce is savory, slightly spicy, and sweet from the soy sauce, chili, and sugar. It has a perfect balance of salt, and pairs really well with the pork.

How do you make Pork and Ramen Stir-Fry?

  1. Whisk soy sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire, sugar, and red pepper flakes together in a small bowl.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 2 teaspoon oil over medium heat. Add pork and cook until no longer pink. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. While pork is cooking with broccoli, cook noodles according to package directions. Discard seasoning mix from Ramen noodles. Drain the noodles and set aside.
  4. Add remaining oil to pan and cook broccoli for 2 minutes. Add broccoli slaw, bamboo shoots and garlic. Cook and stir 3 minutes. The broccoli should be slightly tender.
  5. Stir in soy sauce mixture and pork and cook an additional minute.
  6. Add noodles to the stir-fry. Gently, using a tongs, toss to combine.

Let's talk about the pork!

I use boneless pork chops for this recipe, but there are other options. Pork tenderloin is a great option for this stir-fry. I opt for the boneless variety because it is easier to cut into strips to stir-fry.

Other delicious options include chicken, shrimp, or tofu. If you are using shrimp, I suggest adding it at the end with the noodles and allowing it to cook a few minutes. If you are using tofu or chicken, I suggest using the same cooking process as the pork.

How about those veggies?

I use broccoli, broccoli slaw, and bamboo shoots in this recipe. Adding bell pepper, spicy peppers, cauliflower, fresh green beans, snap peas, or snow peas would be delicious.

If you add a significant amount of veggies make sure you adjust the amounts to increase the amount of sauce so everything stays nice and saucy, and tasty.
