My Mushroom Gratin is creamy, rich, savory, and packed with fresh mushrooms and herbs. Simple to make a perfect decadent holiday side dish.
I am always on a mission to create new and delicious side dishes. The holidays are one of my favorite times because they are filled with all my favorite foods to share with family and friends.
Mushrooms are one of my favorite things, and my Mushroom Gratin is absolutely delicious. My recipe features a creamy white wine and herb sauce. The mushrooms are simmer in the sauce and baked under a buttery parmesan crust.
This side dish is perfect for a holiday gathering and perfect with a beef tenderloin or roasted turkey.
