I know I will never go wrong with my Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts with Bacon. This recipe is really simple, and the result delicious.
The sprouts are tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. The bacon has the perfect amount of smoky salty taste.
This recipe is great with roasted turkey, chicken, or beef!
Ingredients
- brussels sprouts
- bacon
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Trim the sprouts and cut them into halves. You may need to cut into quarters depending on the size. It is important that all pieces are about the same size.
- Pre-heat the air fryer to 400°F.
- In a medium bowl, toss the sprouts and bacon with the oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place sprouts in an even layer in the air fryer basket. If working with a smaller air fryer you may need to cook in batches. A little overlap is fine, but they shouldn't be stacked on top of each other.
