Texas Roadhouse Chili Recipe

My Texas Roadhouse Chili Recipe is perfect when you are craving thick meaty, smoky, and hearty chili. Ready in under and hour and the perfected flavors to make the best copycat Texas Roadhouse Chili Recipe.

Ingredients

  • ground beef
  • garlic
  • yellow onion
  • chili powder
  • ground cumin
  • smoked paprika
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • red pepper flakes
  • brown sugar
  • tomato paste
  • crushed tomatoes
  • tomato sauce
  • kidney beans
  • beef broth
  • white vinegar
  • shredded cheddar cheese and sliced green onion for topping

Instructions

  1. In a medium pot, cook ground beef and onion until the beef is no longer pink.
  2. Add garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Add chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, brown sugar, and paprika. Stir to evenly coat the meat in the spices.
  4. Stir the tomato paste into the meat.
  5. Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato juice, broth, beans, and vinegar. Stir well.
  6. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve and top with cheese and sliced onions.

  • 1 ½ lbs ground beef
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped

  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  • 15 oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 15 oz can tomato sauce
  • 14 oz can kidney beans
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
