Mini Halloween Oreo Cheesecakes are so easy to make and festive for the spookiest season of the year!

This post and recipe was created for #HalloweenTreatsWeek! I was sent samples by some of the sponsor companies but as always opinions are 100% mine.

I love seasonal and holiday treats and desserts.

In my house, my kiddos love Oreos and we love when the Halloween Oreos hit the shelves. I love the seasonal colors, delicious flavors, and ease of this recipe.

I have a trick for my mini cheesecakes, and that is to use an Oreo cookie as the base. No crushing crackers or pre-baking here! The cookie works perfectly for a crust and it is the perfect size for a mini version of a dessert favorite.

For Mini Halloween Oreo Cheesecakes, I use a Halloween Oreo, but regular is delicious as well depending on the flavor of the cheesecake.

Another plus of making a mini cheesecake is bake time! When I make a traditional size cheesecake it is a long process that involves baking, resting, and chilling. Typically is is an overnight wait, but the mini cheesecakes bake in under 20 minutes! I do like to put them in the fridge to set and chill, but it is a much easier process!
