For Roasted Salmon
- fresh salmon
- olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
For Lemon Butter Sauce
- butter
- garlic
- fresh lemon juice
- black pepper
- fresh parsley
Instructions
Roasted Salmon
- Pre-heat oven to 425°F.
- Cut salmon into equal portions.
- Rub the salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes. The salmon should be flaky and crisp around the edges.
Lemon Butter Sauce
- While salmon is baking prepare the lemon butter sauce.
- In a sauce pan, add 4 tablespoon of butter to 2 cloves of minced garlic. Cook over medium heat till fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Whisk in fresh lemon juice, chopped parsley, and black pepper. The sauce will thicken. Remove from heat. Set aside while the salmon finishes cooking.
Assembly
- Plate the salmon and pour the warm lemon butter sauce over the salmon. Serve.

Lemon Butter Salmon
Ingredients

- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
