Ingredients
For Roasted Salmon

fresh salmon

For Lemon Butter Sauce

tablespoon
butter

cloves
garlic, minced
2
tablespoon
fresh lemon juice

tsp
black pepper

tablespoon
finely chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
Roasted Salmon
Pre-heat oven to 425°F.
Cut salmon into equal portions.
Rub the salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 12-14 minutes. The salmon should be flaky and crisp around the edges.
Lemon Butter Sauce
While salmon is baking prepare the lemon butter sauce.
In a sauce pan, add 4 tablespoon of butter to 2 cloves of minced garlic. Cook over medium heat till fragrant, about 2 minutes.
Whisk in fresh lemon juice, chopped parsley, and black pepper. The sauce will thicken. Remove from heat. Set aside while the salmon finishes cooking.
Assembly
Plate the salmon and pour the warm lemon butter sauce over the salmon. Serve.
