Today, I am sharing Watermelon Lime Agua Fresca. Agua Fresca translates to “cool water” or “fresh water”. Typically, it combines fresh fruit with water and a citrus as well. It is a very popular and refreshing drink for warmer climates. I opted to make a watermelon drink because it is a favorite of mine. I find the sweetness of the watermelon to be an excellent compliment to the lime.
This recipe is very easy and involves a small amount of blending and straining- trust me- each sip is worth your efforts! By efforts I mean pressing the on button on your blender…. not too intimidating. Plus, how can you beat that beautiful color!?
