My Slow Cooker Cranberry Apple Crisp is one of my favorite fall desserts. Simple, but absolutely delicious. Tart and sweet- perfect with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
I love all thing cranberry. This year I am hosting a week dedicated to cranberry recipes with a few friends.
I am sharing my favorite recipe for Slow Cooker Cranberry Apple Crisp. This recipe is so easy and makes the most delicious fall dessert.
The cranberry and apple are a perfect pair and compliment with sweet and tart flavors.
The fruit is cooked in the slow cooker under a buttery oat crumble. I love to serve it nice and warm with a big scoop of vanilla or cinnamon ice cream on top.
