Peach season is one of my favorite parts of summer. My Grilled Summer Peach Salad is filled with grilled peaches and sweet onions, feta, blueberries, and avocado. Finished with a honey basil dressing.
I get super excited when the peach truck arrives in town with fresh summer peaches and I am always really excited to start cooking.
I love using peaches from drinks to desserts. They are very versatile and great for savory and sweet recipes.
My Grilled Summer Peach Salad screams summer to me. I grill my peaches and onions for a slight smoky charred flavor. I also love to use sweet blueberries, tangy feta, and chopped avocado. The dressing is lightly sweetened with honey and is really packed with fresh basil flavor.
This is a vegetarian salad, but if want more protein, I recommend adding grilled chicken or chopped bacon.
I like to serve this salad as a main dish, but it works as a side salad as well. One of my favorite entrees to make to go with it is my Grilled Lemon Pepper Chicken.

I love peaches grilled. Much smarter to put them in a salad than in a dessert 🙂
