I am starting off the week with my Cherry Lime Mojitos!
Cherry Lime Mojitos are perfect for a summer BBQ. Easy to make in batches, and filled with fresh summer herbs make this drink a must have!
I make my cocktail with fresh mint, cherry lime syrup, white rum, club soda, and fresh lime. This drink is not just simple to put together, but it is perfect drink to sip on the patio on a warm day.
I love that grilling season is officially here! Truth be told, we grill year round and it is not unusual for us to shovel off the grill in the dead of winter to make a few steaks. However, it is way more convenient during the warmer weather months, but we live in Wisconsin and when you gotta grill, you gotta grill.
To me, a drink gets better when it is served in a beautiful glass. I am using the Stella Highball Glass from Joy Jolt, and it is perfect for these mojitos! These glasses are made from 100% lead-free crystal, are shatter resistant, and super easy to clean. Joy Jolt says that you deserve a drink in style, and I could not agree more. Grapefruit Bourbon Smash Cocktail
Cherry Lime Mojitos
Ingredients
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
- 3 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 4 tablespoon cherry lime syrup
- 3 oz white rum
- 8 oz club soda
Instructions
- Divide mint and lime juice between two glasses. Muddle together to release flavor from the mint.
- Fill glass ⅔ full of ice. Add syrup and rum.
- Top with club soda and garnish with a lime wedge.
