I am sharing one of my favorite things to grill- pork tenderloin. Tender marinated grilled pork tenderloin. Seasoned with maple and garlic seasoning from Spice House makes a perfect summer meal.
Myself and the other #SummerGrilling participants received a beautiful set of The Spice House best selling spices. The Spice House’s Best Seller’s Collection contains our four best-selling Spice House blends of all time. The one that immediately caught my eye was "Gateway to the North". The blend is filled with garlic, herbs, and maple. I could not wait to make use this to season my pork, and it was even more delicious than I anticipated! The spice mixture allows for a delicious balance between savory, salty, and sweet. The Spice House is sending home a Best Seller's Collection as part of the giveaway- you don't want to miss this one! Events like #SummerGrilling are fun for a few reason. One, I get to give away fun stuff to you guys. Two, I get introduced to different products that I have not tried before! Some of my favorite products have been introduced to me by chance, and word of mouth. The BBQGuys sent me a, iGrill mini grilling thermometer and I just love it. The iGrill mini grilling thermometer is a pocket-sized smart thermometer that takes the guesswork out of grilling, so knowing exactly when to take your meat off the grill has never been easier. The iGrill had an app and it tells you exactly when your food comes to temperature.
The app is really easy to use, and uses Bluetooth. The temperature readings go right to your device, and there is even a graph allowing you to see how the temperature is increasing. You can also set a timer to be alerted if you need to flip your food, or add sauce. The result was a perfectly cooked pork tenderloin, and the process of using the iGrill was really fun! I already know that I am planning to stock-up on a few of these for stocking stuffers during the holidays! This little gadget was a lot of fun for both my husband and I to play with!
So, an amazing spice mixture, and a super fun and useful grilling tool helped me create this delicious pork tenderloin. I used a very simple marinade- The Spice House seasoning, salt, fresh lemon juice, and olive oil. The result was a flavor that was so well-balanced and delicious. The pork was very tender, and we loved the nice crust from the grill.
