My Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms are ready in 10 minutes. Stuffed with a creamy bacon and green onion filling make these a fan favorite appetizer!
Holiday parties mean delicious appetizers, sides and main dishes. This week I am celebrating all things holiday side dishes with a few friends!
My Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms are an easy recipe that cooks in under 10 minutes. It is one of my favorite recipes to bring to holiday parties.
I love using baby bell mushrooms and a simple stuffing. I love crab stuffed mushrooms, but this recipe is a little simpler (and easier on the wallet).
For the filling, I use a cream cheese base with simple flavorings from bacon, green onion, bread crumbs, and cheese. Simple and delicious.
I am still an air fryer newbie, but am loving experimenting with different recipes. Air fryers use heat circulation to cook food and the result is as if it was fried, but without using heavy oils and fats.
I love that using the air fryer creates a little crispiness to the top of the filling as well.
Ingredients
- baby bella mushrooms
- cream cheese
- bacon
- green onion
- bread crumbs
- grated parmesan cheese
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- black pepper
Instructions
- Rinse and dry mushrooms.
- Remove the stem from the mushroom caps (and scoop out the center using a small spoon if desired).
- Beat softened cream cheese with a mixer on medium until smooth and fluffy.
- Add bacon, green onion, cheeses, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon filling into the mushrooms.
- Place mushrooms in the airy fryer. You may need to do two batches to the are on too crowded.

This is a great recipe. I usually have all the ingredients in the house and it would be perfect for a quick app when guests pop in unexpectedly. Thanks for sharing.
