My Rosé Mimosas are made with rosé champagne and grapefruit juice. This drink is the most lovely blush pink, and perfect for bunch.

Bottomless mimosas, anyone? Mimosas are a brunch staple, and a favorite cocktail to make at our house on a late Sunday morning. They are popular for good reason- they are so easy, and it is simple to keep the ingredients stocked at home.
Traditionally, a mimosa is made with champagne and orange juice, but there are endless possibilities when it come to flavor combinations. I love the flavor of champagne and grapefruit juice, and a mimosa with grapefruit juice is a favorite.
My Rosé Mimosas are made with rosé champagne and grapefruit juice. Garnish with a slice of fresh ruby red grapefruit, and the drink is complete. It is a beautiful blush pink color and perfect for bunch, Valentine's Day, or Mother's Day.
Ingredients
- Rosé Champagne: I like to use a dry Rosé for this drink over a sweet variety.
- Grapefruit Juice: Freshly squeezed is the best, but store bought tastes delicious as well. I like to use ruby red grapefruit, but any type will work.
- Grapefruit Slices: I like ruby red grapefruit slices for Rosé Mimosas.
- Champagne Flutes
How To Choose A Rosé
- Rosé can be sweet, and I like to make sure that I buy a dry sparkling Rosé for mimosas.
- If you prefer a sweeter drink, a sweeter sparkling Rosé might be what you prefer.
- Store bought grapefruit juice will create a slightly sweeter drink that freshly squeezed. Make sure you take that into account when picking the sweetness of the bottle of Rosé.
Instructions
- Pour Rosé into each champagne flute.
- Top with fresh grapefruit juice and garnish each glass with a grapefruit slice.
Recipe Variations
My Rosé Mimosa is made with Rosé champagne and grapefruit juice. However, there are lots of delicious adaptations to my recipe.
- Use freshly squeezed orange juice or a brut champagne in place of the Rosé champagne.
- Fresh pineapple, cider, peach nectar, or lemonade are delicious adaptations.
