My Almond Joy Cookies are made with 4-ingredients and just like the candy. Sweetened coconut, chocolate chips, almonds, and sweetened condensed milk! Easy to make and perfect for holiday baking!
My sister and I love Almond Joy candy. It is a favorite when the kids have them in their Halloween bags from trick-or-treating and we can convince them to share with theirs.
I am celebrating holiday baking all week with Christmas Cookies Week. A few friends and I are going to make all kids of delicious holiday treats all week!
I knew the creating an Almond Joy bar was a must this year, but I wanted to keep the recipe simple so that anything can make it.
These cookies are so easy to make, and to bake, which make them perfect for the kids to help in the kitchen.
They also cook in under 15 minutes in the oven- delicious, fast, and chocolatey!
Ingredients
- shredded sweetened coconut
- semi-sweet chocolate chips
- almonds
- sweetened condensed milk
These ingredients are simple as can be and delicious! I have been asked in regular shredded coconut will work for my Almond Joy Cookies.
The shredded coconut does not have as much as the sweetness as sweetened shredded coconut. I like to use sweetened because it tends to stick together well.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper. This is important because the cookies will stick to the pan.
- In a medium mixing bowl, mix together the coconut, chocolate chips, almonds, and sweetened condensed milk.
- Spoon the dough on a lined baking sheet. Use your fingers to create a ball shape.
- Bake for 12 minutes. The cookies will start to brown on the top and on the edges.
- Allow the cookies to rest for about 3-4 minutes before moving them to the cooling rack.
- Store in an airtight container.

Omg I can’t wait to make these! We love almond joy candy bars, and Hersheys Coconut Almond ice cream ( which tastes just like an almond Joy too!!! We just started eating right again now that the holidays passed but,…….. when we DO have our ‘cheat night’,… it WILL be THESE!!!!! I used to make coconut macaroons annually for the holiday and this will compare but even better with the chocolate!!!
