Slow Cooker Pepperoni Pizza Pasta Casserole is filled with tender pasta, chopped pepperoni, lots of cheese, and pizza sauce. Topped with more cheese and pepperoni rounds to make a cheesy delicious casserole that is cooked in your slow cooker! #NationalSlowCookerMonth
January is National Slow Cooker Month and I am celebrating with a few of my friends to celebrate all thing slow cooker!
I love using my slow cooker, and it makes my weeknight so much easier. We cook everything from chicken to roasts to soups to pasta!
One of our sponsors for #NationalSlowCookerMonth is Banza. Banza's pasta made from chickpeas. It contains 23G of plant-based protein per serving and has 30% fewer net carbs than traditional pastas. I used Banza pasta to make my Slow Cooker Pepperoni Pizza Casserole and it is a new family favorite!
I layer pasta, pizza sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning into my slow cooker and allow the casserole to bake till it is melted and hot. My family loves pizza and this is always an instant hit that I can put together really quickly any day of the week. One of the great things about this recipe is that the pasta can go into the slow cooker uncooked, and it makes for a super easy prep!
What do you need to make Pepperoni Pizza Pasta Casserole?

How do you make Pepperoni Pizza Pasta Casserole?

Fabulous casserole that must be incredibly flavorful. Combining pizza, pasta flavors is the thing in itself, not to say if you make it in a slow cooker. Yum!
