I am sharing my recipe for Sheet Pan Honey Mustard Chicken and Green Beans which uses Mazola Corn Oil to make a sweet and tangy honey mustard sauce that is drizzled over chicken and baked with fresh green beans. This is one of my favorite meals on a busy weeknight, and it cooks all on a sheet pan. The chicken is tender and juicy and packed with delicious flavor from the honey mustard. Roasting the green beans is one of my favorite ways to prepare them because I love the flavor they absorb, and the delicious brown bits from the roasting pan.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use a different protein than chicken?
Sure, but cook time will change. Make sure that you use an instant read thermometer to ensure that the protein is properly cooked before serving.
Can I use Dijon mustard?
I prefer stone ground, but dijon will work as well.
Can I use frozen or canned green beans?
Frozen will add liquid to the pan, and while it will not harm anything, the additional water may dull the flavor. Canned green beans will also have water, but not as much as frozen beans. They will not have the texture to hold up to a longer baking time as fresh beans.
Can I use raw honey?
You can, but the thicken texture might impact your ability to pour the sauce over the chicken and beans.

I'm not sure I've ever had roasted green beans before. Now I've seen your recipe I'm wondering why not. I need to remedy the situation soon. It never seizes to astonish me how roasting brings out the flavour of things. Thanks for the inspiration.
