Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups cold whole milk
  • 3.4 oz package instant vanilla pudding
  • 8 oz whipped topping (thawed if frozen)
  • 6 cups chopped Granny Smith apples (about 4 large apples)
  • 5 regular Snickers bars, chopped into ½ inch pieces
  • caramel topping optional

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. The pudding will begin to thicken.
  • Fold in the whipped topping into the pudding until well combined.
  • Stir in 5 ½ cups apples and chopped Snickers. Make sure to reserve ¼ cup of the chopped Snickers for topping.
  • Chill in the fridge at least an hour before serving. The salad can be chilled longer or overnight to allow the pudding to thicken.
  • Remove from fridge when ready to serve. Top with remaining chopped apples and Snickers. Drizzle with caramel topping, if desired. Store in the fridge when not serving.
