Slow Cooker Fudge

  • 24 oz bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • mini chocolate chips or sprinkles, for topping


  • In a 5-6 quart slow cooker, mix together the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and butter.
  • Set slow cooker on low and cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes to prevent burning.
  • Towards the end of the cook time, line and 8x8 pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray or grease with butter.
  • Stir the fudge and pour the contents of the slow into the prepared pan.
  • Chill in the fridge for 2 hours, or until cooled and set.
  • Cut into squares. Store in a covered container for a week in unrefrigerated or 2-3 weeks if kept in the fridge.
