Instructions
In a 5-6 quart slow cooker, mix together the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and butter.
Set slow cooker on low and cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes to prevent burning.
Towards the end of the cook time, line and 8x8 pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray or grease with butter.
Stir the fudge and pour the contents of the slow into the prepared pan.
Chill in the fridge for 2 hours, or until cooled and set.
Cut into squares. Store in a covered container for a week in unrefrigerated or 2-3 weeks if kept in the fridge.
