Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cookies sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
Mix butter with sugars until fluffy using a stand mixer or hand mixer. Mix in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and beat till smooth.
Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Add to the butter mixture and mix till combined.
Fold in candy, chocolate, sprinkles, and oatmeal. Finally, gently mix in the rice krispies.
For smaller cookies, use a cookie scoop to scoop balls of dough onto a greased cookie sheet. For larger cookies, divide batter into 15 sections and place on cookies sheet. Bake 15 minutes. Allow to cool a few minutes before transferring the cookies to a cooking wrack.
