Christmas Monster Cookies

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Butter Softened
  • ½ cup White Sugar
  • 1 ½ cup Brown Sugar Packed
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 ½ tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 ½ cup All-purpose Flour
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 tablespoon jimmie style sprinkles
  • cup M & M'S
  • ¾ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cookies sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Mix butter with sugars until fluffy using a stand mixer or hand mixer. Mix in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and beat till smooth.
  • Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Add to the butter mixture and mix till combined.
  • Fold in candy, chocolate, sprinkles, and oatmeal. Finally, gently mix in the rice krispies.
  • For smaller cookies, use a cookie scoop to scoop balls of dough onto a greased cookie sheet. For larger cookies, divide batter into 15 sections and place on cookies sheet. Bake 15 minutes. Allow to cool a few minutes before transferring the cookies to a cooking wrack.
