Slow Cooker Chicken Caesar Sandwiches

  • 1 ½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • cup chicken broth
  • 1 ½ cups Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • Juice from ½ a fresh lemon
  • Shredded lettuce, additional Parmesan cheese, and buns, for serving


  • Add the chicken breasts, chicken broth, parsley, and pepper to the slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 6 hours. Remove from the slow cooker, shred the chicken and return to the slow cooker.
  • Add the cheese. Cook for an additional 30 minutes. Serve on buns with chopped Romaine lettuce and Parmesan cheese.
