Shredded lettuce, additional Parmesan cheese, and buns, for serving

Instructions
Add the chicken breasts, chicken broth, parsley, and pepper to the slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6 hours. Remove from the slow cooker, shred the chicken and return to the slow cooker.
Add the cheese. Cook for an additional 30 minutes. Serve on buns with chopped Romaine lettuce and Parmesan cheese.
