Honey Butter Corn Skillet

Ingredients

  • 6 ears fresh corn, cut from the cob
  • 3 tablespoon salted butter
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon cream cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Melt butter into a rimmed skillet. Add corn and stir to coat.
  • Cook corn for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Add the honey, cream cheese, salt, parsley, and pepper. Stir well.
  • Cook for an additional 5 minutes and serve.
