Servings 12 s'mores

Ingredients

  • 5.9 oz box instant chocolate fudge pudding
  • 2 ¼ cups whole milk
  • 2 ½ cups Cool Whip defrosted and divided
  • 12 graham crackers broken in half to make 24 squares
  • 4 oz cream cheese at room temperature
  • 7 oz marshmallow creme

Instructions

  • Prep a 9x13 dish by lining it with parchment paper. Make sure that you leave a bit hanging of the sides. This will ensure that you can lift the Frozen S'mores from the pan easily.
  • Prepare the base by adding graham cracker squares to the bottom of the dish. If the dish has rounded edges you can fit 12, but if it is square you likely can fit another row to create 15. If preparing 15, make sure you plan for additional crackers.
  • Next, prepare the chocolate layer. Whisk together the pudding, milk, and ½ cup of whipped topping. Whisk till thickened and smooth.
  • Spread the chocolate layer over the graham crackers. Place the s'mores in the fridge to set for 2 hours.
  • Once two hours has passed, remove from fridge and prepare marshmallow layer. With a hand mixer, beat together cream cheese and marshmallow creme. Fold in the remaining whipped topping.
  • Spread marshmallow layer over the set chocolate layer. Place remaining graham crackers on top. Cover with foil or plastic wrap and place in the freezer for 4 hours.
  • Remove from freezer and use parchment paper to help remove the s'more from the dish. Cut into bars and use the graham cracker lines as a guide.
  • Serve immediately or wrap each bar in parchment paper and place in a freezer sealable bag to eat when the craving strikes.
