Instructions
Pre-heat grill to medium heat.
In a medium bowl, mix together pork and all seasonings. By hand, mix well. Divide pork mixture into 4 patties.
Place patties on the grill. Flip after 4 minutes. Cook for an additional 4 minutes or until meat reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.
Top each brat with one slice of cheese. Remove from grill.
Place brat burgers on buns. Top with warmed sauerkraut and mustard. Serve.
