Air Fryer Bell Peppers

Ingredients

  • 3 medium bell peppers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Remove the stem and seeds from the bell peppers. Slice the sections vertically into ½-3/4 inch pieces.
  • Place peppers in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place bell peppers into the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 14 minutes at 400°F. Shake the basket at the halfway point to evenly cook. Peppers should have some char marks when cooking in complete.
