Snickers Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch prepared chocolate pie crust
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce divided
  • 3 tbsp chocolate fudge
  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
  • ½ cup roasted salted peanuts divided
  • 7 fun-sized Snickers bars, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon chocolate syrup

Instructions

  • Add half the caramel to the bottom of the pie crust. Add the hot fudge over the caramel. Spread to evenly cover the bottom.
  • Top with half of the peanuts.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the ice cream and ⅔ of the chopped Snickers bars. Spread the ice cream evenly over the peanut layer.
  • Top by drizzling the remaining caramel over the top. Next, drizzle with chocolate syrup. Finally, add the remaining peanuts and chopped Snickers.
  • Cover with foil and place in freezer for at least 4 hours to allow the ice cream to harden. Remove foil, cut into slices, and serve.
