Chicken Sausage with Apples

- 1 lb ground chicken
- ¾ cup shredded granny smith apples (about 2 large apples)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Place chicken, apples, and all seasoning into a medium bowl.
Mix well with your hands and form into 10 sausage patties.
Heat 2 tablespoon of olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
Cook the chicken sausage in batches of 5, flipping after 3 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Repeat with remaining sausages. Serve.
