Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 1 red bell pepper cored and cut into strips
  • 1 yellow bell pepper cored and cut into strips
  • 1 medium onion peeled and cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Tortilla, sour cream, tomatoes, cheese, chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  • Pre-heat air fryer to 370°F.
  • Spray the basket of the air fryer with cooking spray.
  • In a bowl, mix the chicken, pepper, and onion with the olive oil and lime juice.
  • Add all spices and toss to coat.
  • Place the fajitas in the air fryer. If you have a small air fryer you may need to work in batches. Some overlap is find, but not multiple layers.
  • Cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes. At the halfway point, use a tongs to stir the fajitas and allow them to continue cooking.
  • Serve the Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas with tortilla, sour cream, tomatoes, cheese, and cilantro.
