Sheet Pan Pecan Maple Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2 lb pork tenderloin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • cup chopped pecans
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup brown sugar

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside.
  • Place pork on the baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a medium bowl, mix pecans, syrup, and brown sugar together.
  • Pour mixture over the pork and place in the oven.
  • Roast pork for 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reads 145-150°F.
  • Remove pork from the oven and allow it to rest for 3-4 minutes. Slice pork and serve.
