Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside.
Place pork on the baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
In a medium bowl, mix pecans, syrup, and brown sugar together.
Pour mixture over the pork and place in the oven.
Roast pork for 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reads 145-150°F.
Remove pork from the oven and allow it to rest for 3-4 minutes. Slice pork and serve.
