Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9″x5″ loaf pan with non-stick spray or line the loaf pan with parchment paper.
Sift together flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon and set aside.
In a large bowl mix together till smooth: oil, applesauce, vanilla, eggs, pumpkin, and sugar.
Slowly mix in flour mixture till just combined. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 1 hour.
