sour cream

whole milk

chopped fresh chives, divided

Instructions
Boil potatoes till tender. Drain and place in a large mixing bowl. Add butter and sour cream and mix with an electric mixer while slowly adding the milk. Stir in 2 tablespoon chives.
Season with salt and pepper and top with remaining chives.
