Grilled Honey Curry Pork Chops

Servings 6 pork chops


  • 6 Boneless Pork Chops
  • 2 teaspoon curry, divided
  • cup mayo
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • cup honey


  • Heat grill to medium-high heat. In a small bowl, mix honey and 1 teaspoon curry powder. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, mix mayo with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon curry powder. Add pork chops and toss to coat.
  • Grill pork about 4 minutes per side. Using a meat thermometer check temperature, and when pork is 135° brush each side of the pork liberally with the honey in the small bowl. Remove pork when it reaches 145° and transfer to a plate to rest for a few minutes.
  • Brush pork with additional honey curry sauce and serve.
