Baked Easy Chili Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 16 oz plain cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup tomato sauce
  • 16 oz mild canned chili beans
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese, divided
  • ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • Farmer's Pantry Jalapeno Cornbread Crisps, for dipping

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix together cream cheese and tomato sauce till smooth.
  • Add beans, chili powder, and onion powder stir.
  • Add ⅔ cup monterey jack cheese and stir.
  • Spread into a small oven safe baking dish. Top with remaining monterey jack cheese and cheddar cheese.
  • Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Serve immediately with Farmer's Pantry Crisps or dipping cracker of choice.

Notes

To modify for the slow cooker: Follow instructions till you would put the dip in the oven. Place the dip in a small to medium slow cooker. Top with cheese and cook in low for 2-3 hours. Change setting to keep warm, and enjoy with Farmer's Pantry Cornbread Crisps.
