Place an 8-inch Slipmat on the bottom of an 9-inch quiche pan. If you do not have a Slipmat use a round piece of parchment paper that will fit into the
Press puff pastry into the pan and push the dough all the way up the sides of the pan. Trim any dough that hanger over the sides.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and the milk till frothy. Whisk in the salt and pepper, and set aside.
Place pieces of cream cheese in the pan. Next add the green onion, ¼ cup Gouda, and then the salmon. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of bagel seasoning over the cream cheese, onion, and salmon. Pour egg mixture evenly over the top.
Top with ½ cup shredded Gouda and remaining ½ tablespoon of seasoning.
Place on a baking tray and place in the oven for 40 minutes. Allow the quiche to rest for about 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy.
