Using a paddle attachment, mash the bananas in a medium mixing bowl.
Add the sugars, oil and egg to the bananas. Mix until the ingredients are well combined.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix into went ingredients on low speed until just combined. Add the toffee bits and gently mix to combine.
Grease a 9-inch loaf pan lightly with cooking spray. Set aside.
Pour batter evenly into the pan. Bake 45-50 minutes. Remove from oven and cool 15 minutes before removing bread from the pan.
