Diet Coke Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into large pieces
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ½ cup BBQ
  • 1 teaspoon A-1 Steak Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon hot sauce
  • 12 oz can diet coke

Instructions

  • Lightly spray skillet with cooking spray, and turn burner on low.  
  • Add chicken pieces and brown for about 5 minutes. While chicken is cooking mix all remaining ingredients together and pour over chicken.
  • Simmer  on medium-low for 30 minutes. Serve Hot.
