Caramel Apple Dip

  • 16 oz plain cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup caramel topping
  • cup finely chopped peanuts
  • Apples, sliced


  • Using a hand mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a medium bowl. 
  • Once combined, spread the cream cheese into and even layer on a serving dish. I suggest about as large as a pie plate or a little smaller 
  • Evenly top cream cheese with caramel topping
  • Sprinkle nuts over the top of the caramel
  • Serve with sliced apples
