Whisk soy sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire, sugar, and red pepper flakes together in a small bowl.
In a large skillet, heat 2 teaspoon oil over medium heat. Add pork and cook until no longer pink. Remove from pan and set aside.
While pork is cooking with broccoli, cook noodles according to package directions. Discard seasoning mix from Ramen noodles. Drain the noodles and set aside.
Add remaining oil to pan and cook broccoli for 2 minutes. Add broccoli slaw, bamboo shoots and garlic. Cook and stir 3 minutes. The broccoli should be slightly tender.
Stir in soy sauce mixture and pork and cook an additional minute.
Add noodles to the stir-fry. Gently, using a tongs, toss to combine.
