Author Cheese Curd In Paradise
- 16 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 oz dry ranch dressing packet
- 4 oz canned diced jalapeño
- 8 strips bacon, cooked and chopped reserve ⅓ for topping
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, reserve ½ cup for topping
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, ranch packet, diced jalapeño, ⅔ of the chopped bacon, and 1 cup cheese.
Spread evenly into a 2 qt. slow cooker.
Top with remaining cheese and bacon. Arrange jalapeño slices on top. Cook on low 2-3 hours.
