bell peppers (any color will work)

For Dressing

olive oil

Instructions
For dressing, whisk all ingredients together and set aside.
In a large bowl, add pasta and all veggies, meat and cheese. Pour dressing over the top and stir gently to evenly mix all ingredients.
Cover and store in the fridge about 30 minutes before serving.
