Whisk all ingredients into a bowl. Set aside while the salad is prepared. The dressing can be made 3 days in advance and stored in a sealed container in the fridge.
For Salad:
Place lettuce in a large bowl. Make sure the bowl is big enough to fit all ingredients and to toss in the dressing.
Top with mozzarella, pepper, meats, tomatoes, and olives.
Pour dressing over the salad and toss to evenly coat. Sprinkle grated parmesan and dried oregano on the top of the salad and serve.
