Place chicken breasts at bottom of the slow cooker.
Add black beans, corn, and Rotel tomatoes. It is not necessary to drain the corn or the Rotel.
Sprinkle the ranch packet, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, and garlic powder over the ingredients in the slow cooker. Pour chicken broth into the slow cooker.
Place the cover on the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours. During the final 30 minutes of cooking remove the chicken and shred.
Add the cream cheese to the slow cooker with the shredded chicken and cook the remaining 30 minutes.
Serve in bowls with cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips.
