Spaghetti Pie

  • 8 oz uncooked spaghetti
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 24 oz jar of spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 ½ teaspoon dried parsley


  • Cook the pasta till al dente and drain.
  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Mix pasta with eggs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and olive oil. Pour mixture into a 10-in pie dish to form a crust.
  • Cook ground beef till not longer pink and grain grease. Add spaghetti sauce and mix well. Spread spaghetti sauce mixture over the cottage cheese. Top with mozzarella cheese and parsley.
  • Bake 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let it stand 5 minutes before cutting.
