Slow Cooker Cranberry Apple Crisp

  • 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • 4 medium apples
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated white sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

For Filling

  • 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup old fashion oats
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup butter, melted


  • Place apples, cranberries, flour, sugar, and cinnamon in the slow cooker. Gently stir to evenly coat the fruit.
  • To make the topping, place all ingredients except the melted butter in a bowl. Stir to combine.
  • Pour in the butter. Gently stir to create small to medium sized pieces of crisp.
  • Sprinkle crumb topping over the fruit.
  • Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
