Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper. This is important because the cookies will stick to the pan.
In a medium mixing bowl, mix together the coconut, chocolate chips, almonds, and sweetened condensed milk.
Spoon the dough on a lined baking sheet. Use your fingers to create a ball shape.
Bake for 12 minutes. The cookies will start to brown on the top and on the edges.
Allow the cookies to rest for about 3-4 minutes before moving them to the cooling rack.
Store in an airtight container.
