Brown sausage in a medium skillet until no longer pink and it has crumbled.
Place sausage in a 6 qt slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients and stir.
Cook on low for 2-3 hours. Stir halfway to prevent scorching.
Notes
Stuffing can be made a day in advance before cooking in the slow cooker. Store covered in the fridge. The slow cooker heat can be adjusted to the warm setting once cooking is completed
